Returns or Exchanges

You may return your purchases if the product proves to be defective, or if we shipped a different product from the ones you requested.

Returning items by mail

  1. On the invoice, please circle which item you are returning.
  2. On a separate piece of paper, please write the reason(s) you are returning.
  3. Indicate if you prefer a charge credit (to card originally used), a refund check, or an exchange.
  4. If you are exchanging, please let us know what you'd like by letting us know in writing. It can be on the same sheet of paper as (2). We pay for the shipping cost for the order sent in exchange.
  5. Please let us know also the name and address where we should send the check or exchange.
  6. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the invoice and letter. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot issue a credit without an invoice.

Other notes on returning items

Credit Card Refunds:
All credit will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds on shipping charges:
We will refund charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective.
